Wednesday’s sports update, 2/24

Wednesday’s sports update by Brice Marcum:

Texas Tech needed career high points from both Aaron Roos and Zach Smith, as well as overcoming a 12-point deficit, but the Red Raiders defeated TCU, marking the first time in the teams history they won five Big 12 games in a row.

Tony Romo will be in court Monday. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback is suing the NFL for canceling a fantasy football convention that is partly owned by Romo. The league didn’t like that the event was going to be held in a casino in Las Vegas and barred all league personnel and players from attending at the last minute.
