Wednesday sports update, 3/23

The Dallas Cowboys have signed former Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris to a two-year deal. Morris had a notable rookie year in 2012, but has never been able to repeat that performance. The deal is structured so the Cowboys can release him and not take much of a cap hit if he can’t return to form.

The March Madness tournament will be back Thursday. Texas A&M will try to upset Oklahoma at 6:30 p.m. on TBS. Sooners senior guard Buddy Hield has had an incredible season scoring 25 point per game and is coming off a 36-point performance against VCU last round.
