Thomas will update the public on the effort to to rebuild Bell, which is planned to begin this summer. City officials will be in attendance to give a short presentation and to answer any questions.

Bell Street will be rebuilt from Rio Concho Drive to the Old Ballinger Highway in three stages. The design for the first phase is near completion. Once the design is complete, the project will be open for bids.
