Thieves targeted the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show studios in Las Colinas late last week, making off with at least $70,000 in equipment.
Irving Police say the break-in, where computers, cameras and studio equipment were stolen, happened sometime between Friday and Saturday.
WFAA reports another business was broken into around the same time where thousands of dollars of equipment was also taken.
According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the show’s cast which includes Kellie Rasberry, Big Al Mack, Jose “J-Sí” Chavez and Jenna Owens, talked about the break-in on Monday morning’s show. The four continued the show that still bears the late Kidd Kraddick’s name after his sudden death in 2013.
Irving Police continue to investigate the incident.
The morning show runs locally in syndication on KMDX 106.1.
