An 8-year-old boy who was injured after being hit by a vehicle on New Year’s Eve was paid a surprise visit by Houston Texans defensive end JJ Watt. Watt heard via Twitter that the child was upset because paramedics had to cut his Watt jersey off.
According to houstontexans.com, Noah Fulmer underwent multiple surgeries throughout the day. When Noah woke up, he not only had a selection of new Watt jerseys, he also had the two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year in his hospital room.
Click 2 Houston reports the Texas Department of Public Safety said the driver of a pickup truck hit two vehicles parked on Matagorda Beach Saturday night. One of the vehicles hit Noah, his younger sister and two other family members as they were celebrating the holiday. Noah suffered two broken legs as well as a bad injury to one of his feet.
