Temperatures will be warming as arctic front leaves the area

After a record high of 84 degrees Saturday, temperatures dropped to almost a record low within a 24-hour period over the weekend. Monday’s high will only reach 39 with a low of 25 expected.

A slow warm up is expected to arrive beginning Tuesday with an expected high of 58 and a low of 35.

On Wednesday, the National Weather Service said the high should be about 70 degrees in the Concho Valley with a low of 38.

High temperatures will fluctuate between the 50s and 60s through the end of the week with slight rain chances and a possible cold front moving into the area beginning Saturday and continuing into Christmas Day.
