Teen drug dealer calls sheriff’s office to report stolen weed

A 19-year-old alleged drug dealer is facing possession charges after he reportedly called the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday to report he had been robbed of his marijuana.

According to mysa.com, Colton Curbello is facing possession of marijuana charges while Jacques Gerald Blair, 25, and Boris Avelle Lee, 23, are facing robbery charges.

MCSO deputies responded to a suspicious person call around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday when residents at an apartment complex saw Blair and Lee running through the complex with a bag. They caught up with the two after a short foot chase and saw they had marijuana in the bag they were carrying.

Shortly afterwards, deputies received a call from Curbello who reported being assaulted by the two men in a neighboring complex. Deputies responded and learned that Curbello was allegedly trying to sell marijuana to Blair and Lee when they beat him up and took the drugs. Deputies then allegedly found marijuana in Curbello’s vehicle.
