South Carolina suspect who left woman chained admits to at least seven murders

A South Carolina man arrested Thursday after a missing woman was found chained inside a metal storage unit has admitted to killing at least seven people, including the woman’s boyfriend.

As reported by FOX News, Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright said 45-year-old Todd Kohlhepp confessed to shooting and killing four people at a local motorcycle shop in 2003.

Wright said Kohlhepp showed  authorities the makeshift gravesites Saturday of two other victims buried on his 95-acre property near Woodruff.  Authorities identified a seventh body found at the site as belonging to 32-year-old Charles Carver, who went missing with his girlfriend, 30-year-old Kala Brown, earlier this year when the two answered an ad for work on the property.

Brown was found alive Thursday after officers heard her banging on the walls of a metailcontainer, in which she was chained inside, as they were searching a rural property in Woodruff.
