The weekly shot clinic that would normally be on Tuesday, March 21, at the San Angelo-Tom Green County Health Department will instead be on Friday, March 24.
Health Department staff will be testing for sexually transmitted diseases and HIV at the Tom Green County jail on Monday and Tuesday, March 20-21. The Health Department, located in Suite 8 at 2030 Pulliam St., will be closed both those days.
The shot clinic will be from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 24.
The Texas Vaccines for Children program provides free vaccines to health care providers to immunize uninsured and underinsured children from birth to 18 years of age.
The Health Department’s normal operating hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
