SAPD Blotter: Weekend arrests include public intoxication, theft, assault, DWI

Officers with the San Angelo Police Department made multiple arrests from Friday through Sunday. Charges included public intoxication, theft, assault, warrants and driving while intoxicated. Some arrests have been withheld because of ongoing investigations.

Banda, Bobby, 25, was arrested for theft class C and public intoxication Sunday around 6:20 p.m. after police were dispatched to the Walmart located on W. 29th Street for the report of a civil disturbance.

Borrego, Olga, 46, was arrested for theft prop >= $100<$750 Sunday around 5:30 p.m. after police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a shoplifter.

Burns, Wesley Shawn, 33, was arrested for forgery financial instrument and outstanding warrants Friday around 1:40 p.m. after police were dispatched to Prosperity Bank, 4109 S. College Hills Blvd., for the report of a forgery in progress.

Carrillo, Hasiel Ivan, was arrested for public intoxication Sunday (NFI).

Cruz, Domingo, III, 36, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence Saturday around 1AM after police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Rio Grande Street for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Doyle, Meagan Michelle, 30, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence and public intoxication Saturday around 5PM after police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Iowa Avenue for the report of an unknown problem.

Duran, Betty Ann, 38, was arrested for public intoxication Sunday around 5:40 p.m. after police were dispatched to the area of Avenue N and Bryant in reference to a female falling and stumbling into traffic.

Fulfs, Chad Stephen, 44, was arrested for public intoxication Saturday around midnight after police were dispatched to the Econo Lodge, 415 W. Beauregard, for the report of public intoxication.

Gamez-Olvera, Juan, 22, was arrested for public intoxication Sunday (NFI).

Gonzalez, Hugo Aguilara, 34, was arrested for driving while intoxicated Sunday around 2:40 a.m. during a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Martin Luther King Drive.

Guerrero, Sonia Velasquez, 49, was arrested for driving while intoxicated Sunday around 12:30 a.m. during a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Orient Street.

Hamner, James David, 49, was arrested for burglary of building (FS) Sunday around 4:30 a.m. after police were dispatched to Unity Christian Church, 5237 S. Bryant Blvd, for a burglary alarm. Officers arrived, located a broken window, and located Hamner inside.

Knowlton, Dennis Paul, 18, was arrested for poss marij <2OZ Sunday around 2:30 a.m. after police were dispatched to the 3400 block of Middle Concho West Drive for the report of a juvenile problem.

Loza, Emilio Valentino, 23, was arrested for multiple outstanding warrants and driving w/lic inv w/prev conv/susp/w/o fin Sunday around 4:30 P.M. during a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Volney Street.

Mcclain, Robert David, 26, was arrested for pedestrian-crossingroadway/not at crosswalk Sunday around 11:20 p.m. during a stop at S. David and W. Twohig.

Panke, Frederick Paul, 33, was arrested for unl carrying weapon around 11AM after Police were dispatched to MLK park for the report of an unknown problem. McClain was carrying a sword and had been in an altercation prior to officer arrival.

Pena, Fransisco, 21, was arrested for evading arrest detention w/veh and reckless driving Saturday. Police attempted to stop Pena around 7:40 a.m. but Pena fled. He was located later and taken into custody.

Rivero, Arnulfo Sorola Jr., 25, was arrested for assault by contact- family violence Saturday around 2:30 a.m. after police were dispatched to the 500 block of W. Avenue S. for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Rodriguez, Joeseph Isaia, 17, was arrested for poss marij <2OZ Saturday (NFI).

Vasquez, Jason David, 40, was arrested for driving while intoxicated Saturday around 3:15 a.m. after Police were dispatched to a major traffic crash in the 2300 block of W. Avenue N. Vasquez fled the scene but was located a short time later at Todd Lane and Belaire.

Zapata, Julian Ryan, 24, was arrested for driving while license invalid, no insurance, poss. of drug paraphernalia, and poss marij <2OZ Saturday around 10PM during a traffic stop in the unit block of Clark Drive.

Zepeda, Jacob David, 18, was arrested for poss marij <2OZ Friday around 1PM while Police were investigating a traffic crash in the 500 block of W. Avenue N.

Juvenile, Male, 16, was arrested for assault bodily injury.

Juvenile, Male, 16, was arrested for criminal trespass and evading arrest detention around 11:30 p.m. after police were dispatched to S Chadbourne St and E Concho Ave in regards to a burglary in progress. Another suspect, Juvenile, Male, 14, was arrested for criminal trespass, evading arrest detention, and resist arrest search or transport. He was also issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Juvenile, Male, 13, was arrested for evading arrest detention around 4:40 a.m. Saturday. Officers stopped the juvenile for curfew violation.

Juvenile, Female, 12, was arrested for assault family violence.
