SAPD Blotter: Weekend arrests include assault, theft, public intoxication and criminal trespass

Officers with the San Angelo Police Department made multiple arrests over the weekend. Charges include assault, theft, public intoxication, warrants and criminal trespass.

SATURDAY

Moses Jesus Arredondo, 21, was arrested for criminal trespass around 8:24 p.m. after police were dispatched to Walmart North for the report of a shoplifter. Arredondo was in possession of drug paraphernalia at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with possession/delivery drug paraphernalia.

Christina Cruz Baccus, 32, was arrested for public intoxication around 11:05 a.m. after police were dispatched to the Shannon Medical Center Emergency Room entrance for the report of an intoxicated subject. Baccus was believed to be under the influence of a narcotic.

Marlin Brewster Clanton, 21, was arrested for theft of property >= $100<$750 around 3:52 p.m. after police were dispatched to Best Buy for the report of a shoplifter. Clanton was found in the men’s restroom with store merchandise that he had removed from packaging. Clanton was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with possession of marijuana <2 oz. and possession/delivery drug paraphernalia.

Heliodoro Flores, 34, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1<1 gram (methamphetamine) and possession/delivery drug paraphernalia around 1:20 a.m. during a traffic stop.

Lindsay Rane Kerby, 27, was arrested for driving while intoxicated around 4:22 a.m. after police were dispatched to the Desert Shadow Apartments, 4112 W. Loop 306, for the report of a hit-and-run. Kerby was issued a citation for failure to stop and leave information after striking a parked vehicle.

Matthew Marcos Lucero, 32, was arrested for public intoxication around 2:15 a.m. after police saw him urinating in public in the unit block of Twohig Avenue. Lucero was in possession of drug paraphernalia and prohibited weapon at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with possession/delivery drug paraphernalia and prohibited weapon knuckles.

Michelle Martinez, 41, was arrested for criminal trespass and a county warrant around 4:22 p.m. after police were dispatched to Academy Sports Store for the report of an unwanted subject.

Rachel Delores Martinez, 23, was arrested for public intoxication around 7:19 a.m. after police were dispatched to the 200 block of Magdalen Street for the report of an unknown problem.

Xavier Anthony Posada, 23, was arrested for possession of marijuana <2 oz., possession/delivery drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants for fail to stop at designated point at stop sign, seatbelt-driver and VPTA x2 around 12:24 a.m. during a traffic stop.

Alexander Rodriguez, 35, was arrested for public intoxication around 11:20 p.m. after police were dispatched to the Plaza del Sol Apartments in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Victoria Nicole Saldivar, 29, was arrested for theft of property <$2,500 with two/more previous convictions around 7:01 p.m. after police were dispatched to Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a theft. Saldivar tried to leave the store with approximately $495 of stolen merchandise.

Abigail Salinas-Morado, 37, was arrested for public intoxication around 3:22 a.m. after police were dispatched to La Cumbia bar, 1329 Hughes St., for the report of a fight.

Rodney Lee Villafranco, 31, was arrested for public intoxication around 2:50 p.m. after police were dispatched to the unit block of Lowrie Street for the report of an unwanted subject.

David Anthony Wagner, 27, was arrested for theft Class C and criminal trespass around 8:43 p.m. after police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of criminal trespass in progress. Wagner was violating a previous criminal trespass warning. He was in possession of stolen merchandise at the time of arrest.

Tiffany Lynn Yelloweyes, 21, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence and outstanding warrants around 3:58 a.m. after police were dispatched to the 3900 block of Sherwood Way for the report of a domestic disturbance.

SUNDAY

Joshua Ryan Davis, 32, was arrested for criminal trespass around 9:56 a.m. after police were dispatched to the Lowe’s Grocery Store, 1926 N. Bryant Blvd., for the report of criminal trespass in progress.

Brian Ray Garcia III, 18, was arrested for interfere with public duties around 2:55 a.m. after Police were dispatched to the Stripes located at North Garfield and Sherwood Way for the report of a fight in progress. Garcia interfered with the investigation. A juvenile was also arrested and sent to Juvenile Justice Center for possession a prohibited weapon.

Selena Harwell, 43, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence around 7:30 p.m. after police were dispatched to the 5800 block of Berkley Road for the report of an assault.

Joshua Longoria, 35, was arrested for public intoxication around 2 a.m. after police were dispatched to a residence in the 3100  block of Webster Street for the report of an intoxicated subject.

Bill Hogan Morrow, 59, was arrested for criminal trespass around 8:51 p.m. after police were dispatched to Shannon Medical Center for the report of an unwanted subject.

Nathan Curtis Nelson, 39, was arrested for public intoxication around 6:04 a.m. after police were dispatched to the area of Live Oak and South Monroe streets for the report of an indecent exposure.

Federico Ramirez Jr., 59, was arrested for warrants around 12:08 when officers were investigating suspicious activity at the Buick Street Storage facility. Ramirez was in possession of drug paraphernalia at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with possession/delivery drug paraphernalia.

Orlando Rayos, 57, and Rudolph Tatum, 69, were arrested for criminal trespass around 10:19 p.m. after police were dispatched to Shannon Medical Center for the report of criminal trespass in progress.
