SAPD Blotter: Weekend arrests include assault, disturbing the peace, deadly conduct

Officers with the San Angelo Police Department made multiple arrests from Friday through Sunday. Charges included assault, traffic offenses, disturbing the peace and deadly conduct discharge firearm. Some arrests have been withheld because of ongoing investigations.

Alfredo Gonzalez Aguero, 57, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence around 2:10 a.m. Saturday after police were dispatched to the unit block of East 41st Street for the report of a domestic violence assault in progress.

Andrew Scott Barrientos, 27, was arrested for Class C traffic offense and fail to identify giving false/fictitious information around 1:20 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop at North Van Buren and Rio Grande streets. Rudy Holguine Dominguez Jr., 25, was also arrested for Class C traffic offense.

Gilberto Lee Barrientos, 28, was arrested for Class C traffic offense around 1:45 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop at Pecos and Van Buren streets.

Donovan Brian Burgess, 33, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence around 12:33 p.m. Saturday after police were dispatched to the 100 block of West 26th Street for the report of a domestic dispute.

Yvonne Cortez aka Martinez, 56, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence around 8 p.m. Sunday after police were dispatched to the 5200 block of Fairway Drive for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Joshua Hoyt Day, 22, was arrested for fail to identify fugitive from justice and several outstanding warrants around 10:45 a.m. Sunday after police were dispatched to the Super 8 Motel, 410 W. Avenue L, for the report of an unwanted subject.

Juan Manuel DeLaPaz Jr., 34, was arrested for public intoxication and open container. No further information was available.

Austin Fletcher, 17, and Travis Andrew Ruschenberg, 19, were arrested for theft Class C under $100 around 8:30 p.m. Friday after police were dispatched to the Walmart on West 29th Street for the report of unwanted subjects. They also received a citation for Class C theft for an earlier beer theft at the same store. A 16-year-old female received a citation for shoplifting.

Teodoro Torres Gomez Jr., 31, was arrested for evading arrest detention and an outstanding warrant around 10 a.m. after police were dispatched to the 1200 block of East 24th Street for the report of a suspicious vehicle. Michelle Amber Doege, 39, was arrested for outstanding warrants.

Johnny Bermea Gonzales, 47, was arrested for disorderly conduct – abusive language, possession of marijuana < 2 oz. and fail to identify giving false/fictitious information around 6:30 p.m. Sunday after police were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of East 13th Street for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Jessica Marie Graham, 23, was arrested for outstanding warrants and possession/delivery drug paraphernalia around 10:45 p.m. Sunday during a traffic stop at Austin Street and Avenue L.

Eric Alan Hernandez, 17, was arrested for public intoxication and resist arrest search or transport around 3 p.m. Friday after police responded to the 600 block of Caddo Street for the report of a juvenile problem.

Adrian Leigh Kross was arrested for unlawfully carrying weapon around 5:30 a.m. Saturday after police were dispatched to the 2000 block of San Antonio Street for the report of an unknown problem.

Perfecto Garza Lopez Jr., 50, was arrested for public intoxication Sunday. No further information was available.

Jesus Miguel Lucero, 47, was arrested for assault against elderly or disabled individual and injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intentional bodily injury around 3:20 p.m. Saturday after police were dispatched to the Econo Lodge, 415 W. Beauregard Ave., for the report of an assault.

Aimee Lynne Martin, 33, was arrested for outstanding warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia just before midnight Sunday.

Robert David McClain, 26, was arrested for traffic offense Class C around 10:45 Saturday during a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Monroe Street.

Andres Salazar Noyola Jr., 26, was arrested for possession/delivery drug paraphernalia around 5:30 Friday after police were dispatched to the 700 block of West 18th Street for the report of unwanted subjects. Richard Joseph Pasillas, 25, was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug and Aaron David Torres, 22, was arrested for an outstanding warrant during the incident.

Jose Luiso Ocampo, 38, was arrested for an outstanding warrant with extradition around 9:35 a.m. Saturday after police were dispatched to the 3800 block of Christoval Road for the report of a wanted person.

Alejandro Raymond Olvera, 25, was arrested for deadly conduct discharge firearm Friday evening after a lengthy investigation of a drive-by shooting that occurred around 7:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Morris Avenue. Olvera was located just before noon in the 2400 block of Vandeventer after police were called regarding a disturbance.

Jesus Albert Pina, 42, was arrested for fail to signal at intersection.

Joseph Gilbert Robles, 29, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence around 2:20 a.m. Saturday after police were dispatched to the 3300 block of North Bryant Boulevard for the report of a domestic violence assault in progress.

Abel Rodriguez, 54, was arrested for noise – disturbing the peace around 10:30 p.m. Friday after police were dispatched to the 500 block of South Archer Street for the report of a noise disturbance.

Jesus Belman Rodriguez, 72, was arrested for driving while intoxicated around 8 p.m. Friday after police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Volney Street for the report of a vehicle crash.

Rene Salazar was arrested for public intoxication Sunday. No further information was available.

Joseph Charles Schoberg, 39, was arrested for public intoxication around 2:50 a.m. Saturday at Colorado and Madison streets.

Christopher Michael Segura, 26, was arrested for public intoxication and Class C traffic offense around 2:30 Saturday during a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Madison Street.

Seth Allen Tonn, 33, was arrested for forgery financial instrument fraud use/possession identifying information around 12:30 p.m. Friday after police were dispatched to First Financial Bank, 301 W. Beauregard Ave., for the report of forgery in progress. Tonn attempted to cash a stolen check with an Angelo State University identification that was stolen during a recent vehicle burglary.

Ardonte Wilson, 17, was arrested for possession of marijuana <2 oz. around 10:30 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop in the 800 block of Powell Street.

A 16-year-old male was arrested for juvenile pickup order and possession/delivery drug paraphernalia around 10:20 p.m. Saturday in the 3200 block of Sherwood Way for the report of a possible assault.
