SAPD Blotter: Tuesday arrests include criminal trespass, theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle

The San Angelo Police Department made several arrests from Friday to Sunday. Among the charges were criminal trespass, theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Some arrests have been withheld because of ongoing investigations.

Arredondo, Moses Perez, 39, was arrested for Criminal Trespass around 8:15 a.m. after police were dispatched to the Labor Ready Office, 311 W. 1st Street, for the report of a criminal trespass in progress. Arredondo had been issued a criminal trespass warning the previous day.

Fuentes, Michael Rodolfo Jr., 30, was arrested for Class B Theft of Property after police were dispatched to the Paul Ann subdivision for the report of a man stealing mail from a porch. Officers located Fuentes in possession of a stolen package from a nearby residence. The package contained over $350.00 worth of Young Living essential oil.

Lohse, Robert Lee, III, 45, was arrested for multiple outstanding warrants and Evading Arrest Detention around 5:40 a.m. near the San Angelo Lodge, 1717 W. Beauregard. Lohse was unlawfully carrying a knife/sword-combo and he was in possession of drug paraphernalia at the time of arrest. Lohse was subsequently charged with Unlawful Carrying Weapon and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lohse was also issued three traffic citations. Prior to the stop, Lohse was the subject of an “unwanted subject” call placed by Security Staff at the San Angelo Lodge and El Patio Motel. Lohse was issued a criminal trespass warning from both properties.

Mccormick, Dakotah Garrett, 24, was arrested for Theft Class C around 1:20 p.m. after police were dispatched to the Stripes store located at 2718 Sherwood Way for the report of a beer theft.

Taylor, Chance Robert, 23, was arrested for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle around 7PM inside a residence in the 500 block of W. 16th Street. The stolen vehicle, a 2014 Subaru Impreza, was located in the driveway. The vehicle was reported stolen from the 1600 block of South Concho Drive around 11:50 p.m. April 10th.
