SAPD Blotter: Thursday arrests include fail to ID, assault, warrants

Officers with the San Angelo Police Department made several arrests of note Thursday. Charges include fail to identify, resisting arrest, warrants and assault. Some arrests were withheld because of ongoing investigations.

Francisco Edward Arambula, 34, was arrested for fail to identify giving false/fictitious information and resist arrest search or transport around 3:45 a.m. after police were dispatched to the 200 block of Maryland Street for the report of an unwanted subject. Arambula was in possession of drug paraphernalia at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Zane Allen Haliburton, 23, was arrested for license plates – wrong plate on, possession of drug paraphernalia and display fictitious license plate, CLB. No further information was available.

Jose Luis Valdez, 29, was arrested for pedestrian – crossing roadway not at a crosswalk and a parole violation warrant around 3:15 a.m. at South Bryant Boulevard and West Avenue K.

An 11-year-old male was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence around 6:30 p.m. The suspect assaulted two family members.
