SAPD Blotter: Thurs-Fri arrests include theft, failure to stop and render aid, assault

The San Angelo Police Department logged multiple arrests from Thursday into Friday morning. Charges include possession of marijuana, a 12-year-old arrested for theft Class B, failure to stop and render aid and warrants.

THURSDAY
Calvin Joe Burney, Jr., 21, and Xavier Matheo Rivas, 17, were arrested for outstanding warrants around 3:37 p.m. in the 100 block of West 25th Street while police were investigating a nearby burglary. Burney and Rivas were in possession of methamphetamine at the time of their arrests and subsequently charged with possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 <1G.

Sally Duran, 35, was arrested for a parole violation warrant around 11:51 a.m. after police were dispatched to the Parole Office for the report of a wanted subject. Duran was in possession of cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 <1G X2 and possession of marijuana.

Eddie Gonzalez Hernandez was arrested for possession of marijuana <2OZ around 11:44 p.m.

Juan Ramon Perez, 52, was arrested for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension around 6:63 p.m. during a traffic stop in the 100 block of East 14th Street.

A 12-year-old male was arrested for theft Class B around 5:15 p.m. after police were dispatched to the Walmart Supercenter, 610 W. 29th St., for the report of a shoplifter in custody. The juvenile attempted to steal approximately $200 in Pokémon cards.

FRIDAY
Andres Antu, 28, was arrested for fail to stop and render aid around 4:47 a.m.

Jose Richardo Gonzales, 51, was arrested for unlawfully carrying a weapon (sword) around 1:55 a.m. following a traffic stop. Gonzales was in possession of methamphetamine at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 <1G.

Tiara Cherie Hicks, 27, was arrested for assault by contact-family violence around 1:18 a.m. after police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Pulliam Street for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Elizabeth Anne Ingraham, 25, was arrested for driving while intoxicated around 3:56 a.m. following a crash investigation in the 200 block of South Jefferson Street where Ingraham collided with a parked vehicle.
