Officers with the San Angelo Police Department made multiple arrests from Thursday through early Friday morning. Charges included public intoxication, duty upon striking unattended vehicle, driving while license invalid, walking with the flow of traffic, fail to identify fugitive from justice and outstanding warrants.

Tejawn Cortney Crowder, 36, was arrested just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday for duty upon striking unattended vehicle and driving while license invalid. Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Cyndi Lane for a hit-and-run crash. Upon arrival, officers noticed damage to a parked, unoccupied Chevrolet Camaro, as well as a trail leading away from the crash site. Officers followed the trail to a residence on the 1100 block of Todd Lane, where they located a red Dodge Durango that had damage consistent with the hit-and-run on Cyndi Lane. Officers made contact with Crowder, who was standing in front of the Durango. Crowder told the officers that his vehicle was damaged because the tire fell off while he was driving. Through a records check, Crowder’s driver’s license showed to be invalid.

Daniel Ray Delacerda, 36, was arrested just before 4:30 a.m. Friday for public intoxication and walking with the flow of traffic. Officers were dispatched to the area of State and Medina streets for an unknown problem. Call notes described a shirtless man going door-to-door. Officers responded and located Delacerda, who matched the description of the man from the call notes, walking in the roadway with the flow of traffic. Delacerda appeared to be under the influence of an unknown intoxicant.

Amber Deann Labedelle, 31, was arrested just before 10 a.m. Thursday for fail to identify fugitive from justice. Officers were called to the McDonald’s on North Bryant Boulevard in reference to a woman acting suspiciously in the women’s restroom. Officers attempted to make contact with Labedelle, who initially refused to leave the restroom or cooperate with them. The woman also initially provided the officers with a false name.

Yesenia Lopez, 27, was arrested at approximately 12:30 p.m. Thursday for multiple outstanding arrest warrants subsequent to a traffic stop in the 1200 block of North Chadbourne Street.

Johnathan Kieth Mitcham, 22, was arrested just after 1 a.m. Friday for public intoxication. Officers were dispatched to a car wash in the 600 block of South Bell Street for the report of a man sleeping by the vacuums. Officers located the man identified as Mitcham, who was passed out on the ground. Officers requested San Angelo Fire Department medics to the scene to evaluate Mitcham, who was incoherent and confused. After his release from medics, Mitcham was transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
