The Concho Valley Rape Crisis Center will co-host several events during the San Angelo Pride Week from June 12-18.
The schedule during Pride Week 2016 is as follows:
6 p.m. – Candlelight Vigil for Pride Week at St. Paul Presbyterian Church, 11 N. Park St.
7:30 p.m. – Fajitas dinner and drag at Gil’s Restaurant, 837 Knickerbocker Road.
5 to 7 p.m. – Pride Volunteer Appreciation Potluck at the 2nd floor conference room at the Wells Fargo Bank,
5:30 p.m. – Movie Night at the third floor community room of the Stephens Central Library, 33 W. Beauregard. The movie is Stonewall and popcorn and nachos will be provided.
6 p.m. – Pool Party/Social Gathering at the Goodfellow Rec. Camp Pool, 1950 S. Concho Drive.
6:30 to 9 p.m. – Pride Paint & Sip at Vino Dipinte Art Gallery, 113 Concho Ave.
7 p.m. – Masquerade themed Pride Prom at The Beauregard, 1421 W. Beauregard.
8 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Volleyball Tournament at St. Paul Presbyterian Gym. The cost is $80 per team. It has to be seven players per team with two girls on the court at all times, and the team must wear same color shirts.
8 p.m. – Drag Show at The Beauregard, 1421 W. Beauregard.
All proceeds will benefit the Concho Valley Rape Crisis Center.
