Sunday Feb. 28 is the grand opening of San Angelo’s Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, which has been under construction since mid November.
In that occasion, the restaurant hosted a Friends and Family event from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Saturday Feb. 27, where anyone could come and taste the food and see what Freddy’s is all about before the grand opening.
People were patiently waiting in line outside, eager to taste what the new restaurant had to offer.
According to Regional Manager, Don Van Hyning, they served approximately 1100 guests Saturday.
“We are extremely excited to be here in San Angelo, and we are blown away with the warm welcome and hospitality we have received” Hyning said.
