Prominent North Texas attorney Brian Loncar was found dead Sunday, just two days after his daughter’s funeral.
As reported by WFAA-TV, the Dallas County medical examiner confirmed Loncar’s death, but did not provide details.
His daughter, 16-year-old Grace Loncar, committed suicide Nov. 25. Her funeral was Friday.
In an obituary for his daughter, Loncar wrote that she struggled with depression since she was 11 years old.
“She would tell her family that she could never feel anything,” the obituary said. “She couldn’t feel all the love from everyone around her. Most tragically, she couldn’t even feel the love for herself.”
In his last Facebook post, Brian Loncar wrote “I wish you could have seen both the pain and love that the suicide of a 16-year-old girl causes.”
