NWS: Storm system moving into San Angelo momentarily

A storm system will be moving into the area before 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, producing possibly 40 mph winds and small hail, according to the National Weather Service in San Angelo.

A cluster of thunderstorms was spotted on the NWS radar Tuesday afternoon, according to NWS senior forecaster Terry Huber. The storm is moving west to southwest at approximately 45 mph.

The storm will produce small hail, from dime to possibly nickel size.
