Twenty-four were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on various charges over the last 24 hours.
Among the charges were public intoxication, driving while intoxicated,theft, burglary of a coin-operated collection machine and U.S. Marshal hold.
Sixty-seven people were released from the jail within the same time frame.
In the releases, records show that San Angelo resident Joshua Martinez Lopez, 27, was released at 1:34 p.m. Monday on a various array of charges, racking up bonds of $27,512. According to jail records, Lopez was charged with speeding 10% over, failure to appear, driving while license invalid, motion to revoke possession of controlled substance PG 1<1G, seatbelt-children under 8YOA x 2, seatbelt-passenger under 17, no insurance, no driver’s license and defective brake light. He was released with time served.
