USA Today revealed the country’s “most Instagrammed” locations for each state recently, derived from the most geo-tagged places in each state, and the number one result for Texas is a bit surprising.
Big Bend? The San Antonio River Walk? 6th Street in Austin?
Nope. It’s Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.
DFW, the nation’s fourth-busiest airport in the world, beat out all of the above locations in addition to AT&T Stadium and American Airlines Center, likely because of its 64 million passengers a year.
Other top tagged locations around the country included Disneyworld, Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon and Central Park.
