It will also be fairly breezy with winds at 10 to 20 mph. Although it won’t be in the 80s, it won’t be heavy jacket weather for most of Friday.
“The forecast is looking really good.” said National Weather Service warning coordination meteorologist Hector Guerrero. “It’s going to be cold in the mornings.”
For those checking the forecast for Saturday’s San Angelo Rodeo parade, the NWS is indeed forecasting a cold morning with temperatures warming to 63. Saturday’s low will be 30.
Sunday will be sunny and 65 with a low of 32.
Guerrero said looking into the weather horizon, conditions may change in about 10 days, but for opening weekend, temperatures will be optimal.
“You can’t beat this weekend.” Guerrero said. “For now, it does look like gorgeous weather.”
