The San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo carnival on the midway is an ever-popular stop during rodeo time. Patrons can purchase funnel cakes and fried pies, corn dogs and Texas Twister beverages before, during and after riding rides on the midway.

Carnival super passes will be sold at the coliseum box office, 50 E. 43rd St., until Feb. 4. Super passes are valid from Feb. 5-Feb. 21 and are $90 each for unlimited carnival rides.

One day unlimited armbands are available for $30 each.

Admission to the San Angelo Fairgrounds is free with a rodeo ticket or carnival super pass. Charge for adults is $5 and children 11 and younger are $2. On Feb. 17, in conjunction with Military Appreciation Night, active and retired military will have free admission to the fairgrounds with a valid military ID.
