Filipino cuisine focus of Association of Asian-American Women cooking class

Filipino cuisine will be the focus of June’s “Cooking with AAAW”, hosted by the Association of Asian-American Women. The cooking class will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at the Asian Cultural Center, 528 Orient St.

Menu items will be pancit bichon (rice noodle stir-fry), beef sinigang (beef sour soup) and pork giniling (ground pork with quail eggs).

Class space is limited to 10 people. Cost is $25 per person and payment must be received to secure a spot in the class.
