Entry fees for Spring Creek and Middle Concho parks start Saturday

Starting Saturday, there will be a charge to enter Spring Creek and Middle Concho park at Lake Nasworthy. Entry fees to the two parks are collected on weekends and holidays, including Good Friday, from the first weekend in March through the Labor Day weekend in keeping with City ordinance.
Fees are $3 per vehicle for San Angelo residents and $6 per vehicle for non-residents, paid at the entrance booths at both parks.
To camp, permits are required year-round. Fees are $6 per night for San Angelo residents and $12 per night for non-residents. Permits for camping can be purchased at the parks’ entrances and at Spring Creek Marina in Spring Creek Park. Annual entry permits are also available for purchase for $20 per vehicle or $10 per vehicle for those 65 or older or handicapped.
