On his way to Walmart, the cyclist was struck by a silver Grand Marquis whose driver failed to yield the right of way.
Legally, cyclists are supposed to ride with the flow of traffic.
The cyclist was issued a citation for traveling on the wrong side of the road.
The driver of the vehicle was also issued a citation for failing to yield the right of way.
No one was seriously injured in this accident.
