For many sports fans, the decision to go to the San Angelo Rodeo performance on Super Bowl Sunday could be a rough one. The rodeo committee just made it an easy choice. Do both.A Super Bowl party will be held at the rodeo Sunday for anyone who wishes to stick around and watch it on the big screen.
At Friday’s opening performance, PRCA announcer Boyd Polhamus invited rodeo fans to watch the game featuring the Carolina Panthers facing the Denver Broncos on every television screen on the Coliseum and fairgrounds property.
“We’re going to have a tailgate party outside too.” Polhamus said.
Sunday’s matinee performance will begin at 2 p.m. at the Foster Communications Coliseum, 50 E. 43rd St.
