Actress Carrie Fisher suffered a “cardiac episode” Friday while on a flight from London to Los Angeles, according to officials.

Fisher was rushed to UCLA Medical Center by paramedics after the 11-hour flight touched down at LAX.

According to a statement released by United Airlines, medical personnel met the flight from London on arrival after crew members reported a passenger was unresponsive.

Officers responded to Terminal 7 around 12:15 p.m. for a call of a female passenger in cardiac arrest. On arrival, they found paramedics performing CPR on the victim, according to Officer Alicia Hernandez.

Fisher’s brother told USA Today she was in an intensive care unit, but was unable to provide further details.

“We have to wait and be patient,” he said. “We have so little information ourselves.”
