Fans of Rosa’s Cafe can start looking towards the restaurant for breakfast options soon. The chain will begin testing a breakfast menu to drive-thru customers Friday in Odessa and although there’s not a definite start date for the San Angelo locations, it is coming.
“We started the roll it out in our eastern market, we’re a newer concept here in the east.” said Rosa’s Cafe Director of Field Marketing Kent Dean. “We’ve been gradually rolling from the east toward the west and we’re having our first western store opening in Mid-Dessa, between Midland and Odessa, on Faudree Road. We definitely will be eventually be making our way to all Rosa’s Cafes.”
Dean said there is not a definite ETA on the San Angelo stores on Knickerbocker Road and Sherwood Way, but the company hopes all stores will be up and running for breakfast by the end of February.
“It’s all moving pretty quick.” Dean said.
Menu items will include breakfast tacos, a migas meal and other items which include an “ultimate taco.”
