ASU Professor Arrested for Solicitation of Prostitution

On Thursday, January 11, three men, including a supplementary professor at Angelo State University, were charged with solicitation of prostitution.

Jeffrey Aaron Cuellar, Leonard Eugene Pressley and Michael Edward Hettick face up to 100 days in jail and up to a $2,000 fine.

Hettick worked for ASU in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, his employee bio page has been removed from the school’s website since his arrest.

Hettick also evaded arrest and was let out on $1,000 bond, while the other men only had $500 bail.

Hettick has a history of working in education.

He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and has served as a youth minister at multiple churches in the past.
