ASU Hosts Guest Art Exhibit

On Tuesday, January 16, an exhibit hosting drawings and quilt by Lubbock artists, Lynwood and Ellie Kreneck, will be held in the Carr Education-Fine Arts (EFA) Building at Angelo State University on 2602 Dena Drive.

The exhibit will be housed in Gallery 193 and open to the public Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. until February 22.

On the last day of the exhibit, the Krenecks will give a talk about their work at 3:30 p.m. in the same location.

The Krenecks have been married nearly 59 years, have three children, two grandchildren and own  Kreneck Studios in Lubbock, Texas.

Lynwood Kreneck is a professor emeritus at Texas Tech, while Ellie is a professor of art and art history at Texas Tech as well.

Both have works around the world.
