6th suspect arrested, 1 wanted in aggravated robbery of construction company

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a sixth person in connection with an aggravated robbery of a construction company that occurred March 19 and is asking for the public’s help in locating an additional suspect.

23-year old Nayara Rodriguez was arrested April 5, for engaging in organized criminal activity for her participation in the aggravated robbery on March 19, at David Rogers Construction Company, 11005 US Hwy 67 S.

Tom Green County Sheriff’s investigators developed additional evidence in the investigation.

Organized criminal activity is a first degree felony punishable by five to 99 years and/or a fine up to $10,000.

The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are expected.  No further information is available for release at this time.

Additionally, the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating Pablo Rodriguez for his participation in the aggravated robbery. Rodriguez is described as a white male, 5’9″ tall, 160 lbs with brown eyes and black hair.
