2015 Super Bowl Shooter Faces Jury

In 2015, Jason Scott Little was accused of shooting and killing a woman during a drive-by at Eva’s Bar on Martin Luther King Blvd.

Little has been accused of driving by the bar and firing four shots from a .40 caliber gun, three that hit the bar and one that killed Bertha Vasquez who was inside.

He was pulled over for drunk driving and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

He will face trial for manslaughter beginning Monday, October 16. Manslaughter is a second degree felony and Little could face two to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
